Students and faculty of the MDes in Interaction Design Program attended the first International Conference on Interaction Design (http://www.iadconference.org/) at Tsinghua University in Beijing on 16-18 October 2009. The three-day conference featured leading figures in Interaction Design, including PolyU’s own Lorraine Justice, Xiangyang Xin and Catherine Hu. Lecture topics included discussions on theories, methodologies, education, practice and industry. The PolyU School of Design was a sponsor of the conference and will host the next conference in 2011.
